“All I want to do, is have some fun” sings Sheryl Crow. Yes, sign me up for that and add “experience and inspire blissful moments of love and happiness” and I am all over it!! That might make me sound like an overcompensating optimist yet I will tell you, I have not always been that way and slip into the complete opposite world from time to time. You know what pulls me out? People. My family, my friends, people in the world out there sharing their art, thoughts and creations with everyone.
I really believe in the power of the human heart, sometimes all it takes is to be touched by another human being to be inspired to live the life that we really want. This is why I am connector. This is why I formed SocialBling.com.
As life with technological advancements makes things faster and more automatic, I worry we are losing the ability to relate to each other. This might make me sound like I am anti-technology; well I am not at all, as I matter of fact I am big believer in all innovation especially social media. How incredible is it to live in a world with unlimited access to information via internet searches and now with the inventions of social media, unlimited access to people. Any goal you set can be achieved with knowledge and people power….this is what inspires me. With SocialBling, we invite people to tell their story and then we use the information to seek out connection within our database and sometimes outside using the social media tools we trust and adore.
I understand it might be hard to tell your story or figure out your goals, so I will try to get as vulnerable and transparent as I possibly can via this blog in order for you to see that criticism, doubt, exploration, etc. can’t shut someone down if they are committed to growing. We all have something to say and do. I hope I inspire you to find your words and actions. And If I can connect you to people that will help you along the way, well it is my blissful pleasure to do so.
