Honk for Thoughtful Conversation Campaign

I am craving thoughtful conversation. I know I am not alone in this but can’t be for sure. As I drive back and forth across the country for the holidays, I am going to display the bumper sticker below. I say display because I am driving  a rental car, I won’t be able to stick anything on the bumper. I am hoping windows will not be too tinted so I can temporarily tape sticker in the inside of the window.

I want to count and keep track of how many people honk. I also will be sharing what conversations take place at gas stations and such as a result of the bumper sticker.

Will you help me track honks? Order a bumper stick from the cafepress store, keep track of your honks and share your stories.

My primary goal: Get enough honks to attract media attention to the isolation social epidemic and the need for more community engagement.

Secondary goal: Get a bumper sticker on at least one car in every state in the United States and some international countries as well. At the very least, I want to inspire people to think about thoughtful conversation especially when they are driving alone starring at the rear end of the car in front of them.

Note: All proceeds raised from selling the stickers will go to creating a better way to track to the honks. (Mobile application and or web platform) I would like to show and compare honks from state to state, city to city and communities to communities. Maybe we can launch friendly competitions for community engagement?
